of public relations techniques. This lecture-laboratory
course is designed to assist students in exploring
the five components of wellness and applying component
concepts into their lifestyles through experiential
learning. Students in this course will learn how to
relate to the concept of "wellness" to fitness in the
recreational environment.

placed on recent developments in the field and their
practical applications to the health care industry.
