Marketing Strategy
Evaluates standards, concepts, and strategies relative
to managing marketing functions and analyzes the formulation
and implementation of decisions concerning market functions,
primarily using the case method.
Marketing Research
Provides an acute analysis of the goals and techniques
of research for marketing decisions. This course concentrates
on the generation of research information necessary
for decision making in all aspects of marketing functions.Topics
include: sampling, reliability and validity, primary
and secondary data sources, applied statistics, and
the scientific method.
Promotional Management
Studies conceiving, executing, and administering advertising
and sales promotions. Topics include: determining an
advertising budget, selecting media sources, determining
promotional objectives, and evaluating effectiveness
of promotions.
Distribution Management
Provides an in-depth study of the variables that influence
marketing decisions. Topics include: competition, buyer
behavior, pricing, distribution, government regulations,
organizational structure, and selling methods.
