organization toward that status. This course elaborates on the visionary frameworks
identified in book Built to Last. The material emphasizes the organizational
change principles necessary to implement the Built to Last vision framework
Business Ethics
This course is intended to help students make ethical choices in a business
context. Students analyze case studies dealing with such topics as employee
rights and responsibilities, consumer issues and product liability, community
and environmental issues and ethical norms in different cultures. In each
area, an analytic framework is used to identify stakeholder rights and interests,
and relevant moral duties and virtues
